Payment & Cancellation Policy.

Deposit Requirement:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and floral order. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance but is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the event date. Orders not paid in full by this time may be subject to cancellation, with forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • If the Client cancels 90 days or more prior to the event date, any payments made beyond the 50% deposit will be refunded.

  • The 50% deposit will remain non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • If the Client cancels within 90 days of the event date, no refunds will be issued, and the full payment amount will be due and expected upon request.

  • For all events planned and scheduled within 90 days or less of the event date, full payment will be required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued.

Service Area

We proudly offer floral deliveries and on-site setups within a 40-mile radius of our design studio located in Spotsylvania VA

If your delivery or event location is beyond 40 miles, an additional travel fee of $4.00 per mile (round trip) will apply, along with a one-time $25 travel surcharge to help cover time, fuel, and handling.

Mileage is calculated using standard GPS mapping tools from our studio to your destination.

Billing Details

  • Mileage and travel fees will be clearly listed on your invoice.

  • Fees are applied per delivery or setup location.

  • All travel-related fees are non-refundable once travel has begun.

  • You’ll see these fees included on your first invoice, so there are no surprises later on.

Address Changes

Please make sure the delivery or event address is confirmed when booking.

Any address changes after confirmation may result in updated mileage charges or scheduling adjustments.
